Waterjet Machines use approx. 50K PSI to cut just about any material at a maximum of 6 inches thick. The recommended thickness to cut is around 2 inches because tolerance will begin to drop and time will increase if any thicker. The Grand Canyon was actually shaped by a natural abrasivejet.
